Who will care for my child?
...our friendly, trained staff.
Our staff's first priority is to ensure your
child feels loved, safe and 'at home'. When your
family is first introduced to the nursery, we
encourage parents to visit the nursery with
their child leaving them for short periods at
first until the child feels comfortable with
his/her new setting. A member of staff will be
assigned to your child to ensure his/her
individual well being.
The
administration and running of the nursery is the
responsibility of our Nursery Manager who is
assisted by her Deputy Manager. Our staff
includes both suitably qualified and experienced
carers who always maintain the highest standards
of childcare.
We encourage parents to discuss their child's
progress with staff and our Nursery Manager. Your
child will only benefit from the close
relationship built between our staff at the
Nursery and your family.
Our carers participate in training programmes
where they learn about new developments in good
nursery practice and changes in legislation. College
students regularly assist in our nursery as part
of their training programme.
In our Nursery Kitchen, our cook prepares a
variety of freshly made and nutritious meals. We
also cater for any special dietary needs.
Breakfast, a two-course lunch and tea are served
in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Menus are
posted so parents can see what their children
have eaten on a daily basis.
We maintain the highest levels of childcare
at all times. |
